We were pleased to see so many of our breweries past and present do so well in this year’s Society of Independent Brewers National Beer competition, not only in cask categories but also in bottle, keg and can. Gloucester Brewery lifted the overall champion in the cask category with their stout, but the various winners of Gold, Silver and Bronze awards encompass all styles of beer from easy drinking traditional beers through to stouts, sours and fairly extreme IPA’s.
Well done to Gloucester Brewery for winning the overall SIBA Champion cask beer!
